  • Develop and maintain editorial calendars, content schedules, and style guides to streamline workflow and ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to brainstorm ideas, refine content concepts, and enhance storytelling narratives.
  • Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and credibility of content across various topics and subject areas.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in content editing and digital publishing.

Job Description

Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of wildlife safari tours, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and guest services.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to negotiate contracts, secure permits, and ensure the seamless execution of safari itineraries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs throughout the duration of their safari experience.
  • Conduct pre-trip orientations and briefings to prepare guests for their safari adventure, including safety protocols, wildlife viewing etiquette, and cultural considerations.
  • Monitor tour logistics and troubleshoot any issues or disruptions that may arise during the safari, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all guests.
