- Identify potential clients, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Promote Big Cats India’s wildlife tours, safari packages, and travel services through digital marketing, email campaigns, and other promotional activities.
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to improve sales performance.
- Track sales performance, maintain client records, and prepare reports to support business growth and marketing decisions.

Job Description
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of wildlife safari tours, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and guest services.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to negotiate contracts, secure permits, and ensure the seamless execution of safari itineraries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and anticipating their needs throughout the duration of their safari experience.
- Conduct pre-trip orientations and briefings to prepare guests for their safari adventure, including safety protocols, wildlife viewing etiquette, and cultural considerations.
- Monitor tour logistics and troubleshoot any issues or disruptions that may arise during the safari, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all guests.
