Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent via email sa****@bi**********.com

Cancellation will be effective only on the date and time of receipt of the cancellation mail. Our cancellation policies are as follows:

1. If cancellation requested before 120 days (or more) prior to departure, full refund.
2. If cancellation requested before 60 days (or more) prior to departure – 75% of the tour cost will be refunded.
3. If cancellation requested before 45 to 59 days prior to departure – 50% of the tour cost will be refunded.
4. If cancellation requested before 30 to 44 days prior to departure – 25% of the tour cost will be refunded.
5. If cancellation requested before 15 to 29 days prior to departure – 10% of the tour cost will be refunded.
6. If cancellation requested less than 15 days prior to departure, No Show – No Refund.

Remittances charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount

A refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction. However, in specific circumstances, refund may also be transferred via a payment method preferred by Big Cats India.

No refund of tour fees will be granted if a participant is unable to complete the Excursion due to personal medical conditions.
